The Alachua County Cattlemen’s Association, in cooperation with UF/IFAS Extension, is sponsoring a Commercial Heifer Pen Show and Sale. The purpose of the Show and Sale is to provide a real-world cattle project for youth that exposes exhibitors to commercial beef production. This includes purchase or raising, selection, development, breeding, exhibition and marketing of commercial beef heifers.
The inaugural event will be held on September 18th and 19th of 2026! However, please note the required Tag in/Validation will be held in October 2025.
